Access Log Manager
Access Log Manager - what function does it have and how you can use the details you will find inside it.
An access log is a text file containing a full list of all of the files accessed by your website visitors. All the files which were requested in one way or another shall be included, so when you have a PHP script app and a visitor opens only the home page, for instance, you may find many files inside the log. The reason is that there are components on the home page that are embedded - parts of other pages, graphics, and so on. All these files will be listed within the access log, so you're able to get a full picture of the way your Internet site works. The data is in plain text format, so the logs are occasionally called "raw data" too. An access log shows the name of every requested file, the path to it, the date it was accessed, and also the user’s IP address, Internet browser and OS. Additional information, including the referrer site, is typically supplied as well. A log file may be processed by various desktop applications for statistical purposes as an addition to the web statistics created by your hosting server.

Access Log Manager in Cloud Hosting
Our custom-built Hepsia CP includes a section dedicated to various logs and the access logs are one of them. As soon as you sign in to your
cloud hosting account and navigate to this section, you will find a list of all the
domain names and subdomains that you have. All it takes to permit the generation of access logs is to press a button which will be available next to each and every domain/subdomain. When the option is enabled, you will see a download link along with the file size so far, so you will be able to save the file to your personal computer and examine it or process it with some app. Enabling or disabling the logs becomes effective immediately, so if you no longer need one, you can stop it with simply a mouse click from the exact same section of the CP. You shall still be able to access the already created content by simply clicking the Download link.
